> 3 dayNot a placebo effect - I dont care what anyone says. These truly make me feel better about an hour after I take one. I started out just taking them by default not expecting much until I started wondering why I was feeling so good. I never put 2 & 2 together, then I started intentionally Not taking them so I could see the difference - there is one - a big one. Maybe I am personally deficient in something but whatever is working here I am not stopping. Overall, I think they add stability to my mood, energy level and just a feeling of plain in terms of health. I get there are studies that say waste of money in terms of efficacy to fight disease/etc but there definitely is data lacking on how they complete missing health components. Also just look at the review percentage on this product alone - has to be helpful somehow.

> 3 dayIve been using the One A Day Mens Multivitamin for a few weeks now and I have to say that Im really impressed. Ive noticed that I have more energy throughout the day, which I definitely appreciate. I also appreciate the convenience of just having to take one pill every day - no fussing around with multiple pills. And I feel like the formulation they chose is really well balanced. The only downside Ive noticed is that if I take it on an empty stomach, it can result in an upset stomach. So Ive had to be careful to take it with food. The other downside I noticed was the texture of the vitamin. It has a really grainy texture, which I didnt particularly like. Overall Im really happy with the One A Day Mens Multivitamin and would recommend it to other men. Its a great way to get the vitamins and minerals you need in one convenient pill. Just make sure you take it with some food and you should be good to go.

> 3 dayI’ve been taking One A Day Multivitamins for the past few months and can say I do feel better generally. I started taking it because I don’t get enough Vitamin D or B6 or B12. There are however, a few things I’ve noticed since first starting. You should make sure you’re properly hydrated and taking the vitamin after having a big meal. I found that not eating after taking it agitated my stomach a bit and made me feel nauseous. I’m sure the effect is different on everyone, this is just what I’ve noticed. Otherwise, I’m been feeling less sick and in a better mood. My only criticism is that this bottle only has 200 vitamins. For the price you could go to Costco and get it on sale regularly for $2-3 more at 300 per bottle.
