The brush head is fairly large but if thats okay with you, this is a good product. Ive been using Oral-B for years.

I order these for a friend who has a hard time brushing and these are the only heads that work well for them. The price is much better than the few places in my area that stock this particular brush head. Sadly, they do not last my friend nearly as long as they should due to their brushing method, but I continue to help them with ordering because anything else doesnt work.
