These have two brush heads instead of the typical single head which provides twice the cleaning action. Excellent dental results as per my dentist. I buy the brush heads made in Germany not Chain.

Trust me, stay with the manufacturer, the second hand source falls apart.

It baffles me why Oral B pushes all those smaller, less useful brush heads. It is only to make more money. This double brush head does everything they do, it cleans more, and cuts brushing time down. Try it, you will never go back

Really like the dual head for my electric tooth brush. They are hard to find in stores, but amazon always comes through
