Love the vacuum so far! Perfect for a busy household with kids and pets. Lightweight and battery lasts longer than expected.

Very lightweight and easy to move around, but also has strong suction. Lots of ways to configure to clean car/basic daily cleaning/dustbuster etc. Good value!

I love Suction, Maneuverability, Light weight. Absolutely hate the power button position, located exactly where your fingers need to go without it switching off every few seconds. I have small hands so that should not be an issue.

It’s easy. It works. It fits under furniture and around corners. Worth it!!!!! I hung in the basement so that kids wouldn’t mess with it. Life without a cord is so much better!! The color is cute too. Took about 4-5 hours to fully charge but was now to do ALL the hardwoods in my house on a single charge.

When we got this item we had an issue with it. Customer service was both fast and excellent from this vendor and the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Really rare these days to get such good customer service. As for the vacuum, its very good and works well, especially on our mostly tile floors. I was surprised that even on the low power setting it worked ok if not too many things to pick up. Normally, the middle power setting will be used the most but good to have the ability to switch to high power instead of going back and forth over a really dirty area. Using the 3 settings as needed we got a good 30 minutes out of a battery charge, enough to clean our entire first floor which are primarily tile but with some area rugs. We purchased this because our last cordless vac had an internal battery that you cant change and it only ran for 5 minutes on a charge after many years. We like that this vac has a replaceable battery when it comes time to get a new one.

I’m changing my first review, because customer service was absolutely amazing and took 100% care of us when we had an issue! We have four rescue dogs and two rescue cats. We also live at 8000 feet in rural Utah mountains. So we have lots of animal hair and dirt that gets tracked into our home! I was absolutely amazed at how well this cordless vacuum works. We have laminate, Saltillo tile and area rugs. The vacuum works awesome on all our surfaces and I highly recommend. Especially if you have pets!

I love this vacuum. It picks up small particles well such as cat litter, and the entire waste bin comes off which I like as it is super easy to dispose of the waste. It has good power and it includes a mount to put it in the wall.
