I liked that it was so easy to assemble and that the suction is great! I also like the ease of use. Its light weight and gets in most places easily! The charger is easy to mount also and you can just tuck it out of the way.

It’s quiet, adjustable and cleans well. I’ve owned a Dyson floor sweeper prior to this, and believe this is equal to it, and it’s much less expensive.

So far, it has been great, no issues, easy to use, lightweight and powerful, I am very happy with my purchase.

All around I like this vacuum. It has great suction and leaves nothing behind. My only complaints are it’s very hard to push on carpet because there are no wheels and it’s a little short for my husband who is 6’ who actually does most of the vacuuming

I use this for my ceramic tile floors and it picks up particles very well.

When we got this item we had an issue with it. Customer service was both fast and excellent from this vendor and the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. Really rare these days to get such good customer service. As for the vacuum, its very good and works well, especially on our mostly tile floors. I was surprised that even on the low power setting it worked ok if not too many things to pick up. Normally, the middle power setting will be used the most but good to have the ability to switch to high power instead of going back and forth over a really dirty area. Using the 3 settings as needed we got a good 30 minutes out of a battery charge, enough to clean our entire first floor which are primarily tile but with some area rugs. We purchased this because our last cordless vac had an internal battery that you cant change and it only ran for 5 minutes on a charge after many years. We like that this vac has a replaceable battery when it comes time to get a new one.

I needed a different Vacuum because my rainbow vacuum that I’ve been using for years was just way too heavy for me know. We had originally purchased it because my husband has asthma, and the water filtration system kept out here and dust from getting into the air and triggering him. When I read the reviews for this ORFELD vacuum, people stated how great the filter was, so I thought OK I’ll give it a shot! Well, I love it… Not only is the filter great, the suction is amazing for such a small, lightweight vacuum. We have two cats, so there is quite a bit of cat here around that we’re always try to keep your head up. I used it I was amazed how much cat hair was in the filter. The fact that it’s cordless is some thing I have not experienced before… Oh, how I love that, no cord getting tangled around table legs or pulling something along with me or running out of cord and being frustrated. I purchased separately a second battery so that I would not have to wait for the one battery that came with this model to charge. I definitely recommend this vaccumn… That’s why I’ve given it five stars!
