[Original]Anycubic I3 Mega 3D Printer Extruder Print Head

Id probably give this 3.5 stars. The only problem is that I needed to swap the heatbreak tube with an all metal one since I run ABS sometimes and it ends up burning the PTFE over time. However this is assembled with so much torque that it is very difficult to get the heat break tube out without stripping the threads (which I have not done). I had to cool the heatsink+heatbreak tube in the freezer and then was able to unscrew it, still with difficulty, using a vice grips while protecting the threads with some rubber wrapped several times around them. They do not have any thermal compound between the heatbreak and the heatsink, so it was just torqued too much. Other than than Im sure its great, as long as there are no plans to take it apart I guess. I am using this with an Anycubic Kossel and the dimensions of this are the same as the one I am replacing, so it is a direct replacement for the Kossel (aside from the electrical parts which I cannot use).

Works as expected would order a few more.

I bought this as a replacement for the hotend on my Anycubic Mega Pro. It was easy to swap out and works well at a good price.

I know it’s cheap but I still expected it to be somewhat usable. The hot end was seized together and I could not get it apart, also the description used to say it was for just Anycubic which they seem to have changed because this does not work with the predator.

It worked for one print and the heat element died on me.

The item is pretty good for its value, it fitted nicely. The downsides to it are that the bowden tube and wires are a bit too short and the wires come with a connector I dont use, so I had to improvise along the way to connect everything to my Kossel Linear Plus. Also, all of the screws are way to tight, which makes replacements a bit hard.
