> 3 dayThis thing is awesome! It has sunrise/sunset functions that work wonderful!! I thought I would have to be constantly adjusting the times for the lights to go on in the chicken coop but was so happy to see how smart this app is! I wanted my chickens (I only have four) to start laying eggs even in the dark, cold winter. So to lengthen their days I set up a Routine in the app, so that the rope lights turn on 1/2 before sunrise, then off soon after sunrise so they aren’t on all day, then on again 1/2 hour past sunset! Will add a bit more time each week, just thought I should ease them into it. It gets cold here in NY now and then so I have a coop wall heater plugged in as well as a deicer in their water. Temperatures fluctuate so it is nice to be able to see at a glance what is powered on and off and quickly change. Love this thing and the app!

> 3 dayI really wanted to like this, but after trying multiple times to connect to the Meross app for Alexa integration (in addition to HomeKit), I finally gave up. I tried: -Turning off 5ghz on my wifi router -Deleting and restarting my iOS device to clear HomeKit cache -Plugging into different outlets closer to the main router -Begging and pleading that each attempt would work, sometime waiting up to 5 minutes before seeing the dreaded “failed to connect” message And although I was able to connect to HomeKit, sometimes even THAT wouldn’t work with each connection attempt. Additionally, I found that the plug would often lose connection with HomeKit, which is another reason I wanted to connect to the Meroe app (no way to update firmware without connecting to meross app). I ended up re-purchasing the same exact device under the Refoss brand name (same company and same device model number), and it connected first time flawlessly (and much more quickly I might add). I think I just got a bad device from Meross.

> 3 dayEasy to program and is working great. This will be used all years for outdoor and holiday lighting. The ability to control all three outlets separately was a sell and is great.

Greater than one weekThe first one I received was defective so I got a replacement sent to me and it was fully functional for a day before 2 out of the 3 plugs stopped working all of a sudden. I’m only using the working plug to proceed with the scheduled timers I have. The app, setup, & timers all work great tho

> 3 dayThis was easy to set up. We have this on our patio for some LED lights that we turn on every night. We recently had a situation where we could not be home. We pulled up the app and turned on the lights while we were away from home.

> 3 dayI use a lot of outdoor lights, seasonal and otherwise. Some can just be on timers, but others I like to turn on and off easily with Alexa. Have tried different brands, but landed on this as the most cost effective and reliable of the lot. Plus, customer service is outstanding.

> 3 dayI bought this so I wouldnt have to go outside to turn off my holiday lights/decorations especially in the winter. I love that it not only has a timer feature but you can also turn it off/on and adjust the timer on your phone. Exactly what I was looking for!

03-06-2025One completely quit working after 4 months. Otherwise theyre nice and easy to use/connect. I havent decided if Im going to give the Meross outlet another try so all outlkets are on same app, or just replace all outlets with a different brand. Maybe this one that stopped working was a one-off - who knows. UPDATE 5/10/2023: Meross reached out to me (without me needing to contact them) about the issues I was experiencing. They seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the outlet. They also wanted more information about the outlet itself so they could research the manufacturer of the components. They replaced the outlet and I had it asbout 2 days later. Everything is working as it should, and bot out the outlets are working perfectly. 5 stars on the outlet and the app. 10 stars if I could on Meross customer service!
