> 3 dayThe dimmer works and the app allows you to set a time for on/off. However, I was not able to connect to my smart hub their the device app, or my smart hub app after several attempts.

> 3 dayThe basic setup was good, connect with phone app- link to alexa. Perfect, however, theres no hint, icon or instruction on setting up separate control over each plug. Im in IT, , have multiple smart plugs - not clear. Tried FAQ with no luck. advise please.

> 3 dayI bought this so I wouldnt have to go outside to turn off my holiday lights/decorations especially in the winter. I love that it not only has a timer feature but you can also turn it off/on and adjust the timer on your phone. Exactly what I was looking for!

> 3 dayMy first impression was that this is a well-made product, and after several days of use I am enjoying it. However, the installation process was difficult. The included instructions are not helpful. It took me 20 minutes to get the Meross app to discover the device. Then another 45 minutes to get it configured with Alexa. (And I am a professional engineer.) I would buy this again only because Ive been through the process once. But if this is your first smart plug, Id recommend you go with something easier to install.
