> 24 hourI’ve been using this for my Christmas lights, and the user experience has been very pleasant. Easy instillation, and the HomeKit integration was seemless.

> 24 hourIve recently been redoing my outdoor patio space, and wanted a way to control outdoor lighting as well as an outdoor fan using apple HomeKit. Ive used quite a few different HomeKit plugs and accessories and I have to say this Refoss WiFi Outdoor Outlet is by far the best one Ive used. The reason I like this so much, is that setup was a breeze and there were no issues at all. On most other smart plugs Ive used, the setup has been buggy and cumbersome. This outdoor plug I literally setup in less than a minute. I really like that it includes 2 plugs built into the outlet, that allow for separate control on both of these plugs. I have an outdoor light in one plug, and an outdoor fan in the other. What this means is that you can turn on or off each one individually. The HomeKit integration works perfectly, I can turn either one on or off with any of my iOS devices, or I can simply say: turn on light, or turn on fan and they will turn on instantly. I definitely look forward to trying out other products by Refoss.

> 24 hourEven after updating with the app, we could not get to stay connected to work with HomeKit. We ordered it to control functions of our fish tank including the carbon dioxide diffuser so we need a device that is reliable in any situation. We have many other switches that work just fine so we feel like the issue is with the device itself. Overall not happy with Outdoor Smart Plug, Refoss WiFi Outlet with 2 Grounded Sockets IP44 Waterproof, Works with Apple HomeKit, Siri, Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple Home, FCC & ETL Certified.

> 24 hour5 stars because each outlet is individually controlled, which I wasn’t expecting, which made this an even better value. Set up with the Homekit App was easy and seamless. Only been in place for 1 day so durability is TBD.

> 24 hourAnything that requires me to change my WiFi signal from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and disconnect my mesh system just to set up I consider a pain in the butt. I did all this and it still didn’t want to connect. All the other smart devices in my home connect with no problem. I have plenty of bandwidth and a 1 gig signal. Go with Lutron or something else. The set up is terrible

> 24 hourPurchased as a replacement smart plug to control outdoor water feature. The Apple connection was difficult to configure. Tried briefly to use Amazon but soon gave up. The Meross utility worked fine.

> 24 hourThe instructions say to use the eHomeLife app for iOS to work with Google Assistant. But the eHomeLife app only works with Alexa. You need to use the Meross app to work with Google Assistant. Here is how I got it working with Google Assistant and my Google Nest Hub... Note that the Meross app connects the plug to the Apple Home app but then asks you if you want to link it to Google Assistant. After linking Google Assistant with Meross, run the Google Home app and tell it to look for new devices. Do this... Tap on the Settings Icon Tap on Add device Tap on Works with Google Tap on Meross Tap on Check for new devices Then set a routine... Go to routines and tap the + icon Tap Household Edit the name Tap on Add Starter, When I say to Google Assistant (whatever you want) Tap on Add Action, Adjust Home Devices, Outtlets Look for your outlet in the list.

> 24 hourUsed this via my Home app on my IOS devices via Homekit. Couldnt be easier. Plugged it in, opened the Home app, hit add device, used the camera to scan the code on the device, took about 5-7 seconds to connect/add. Can control both outlets, can set it up on a schedule if I want, hasnt lost connection yet. Build quality seems fine, like that the outlets have covers (that are well connected instead of flimsy, thin connections). Very pleased
