> 3 daySimply go into HomeKit, add new device, scan QR code on plug and you are ready to go. So easy!

> 3 dayThis is a great device that takes the win for one simple reason - simple Apple Homekit integration. I didnt test on android, but if you have an iPhone and are running your smart home via Apple ecosystem this is a dream. Set up was about 15 secs - plug the device in, open Apple Home and select add new device, scan the QR code on the device - wait about 5 -10 seconds ... done! Then you can leave it as 1 tile that you click into and control either of the two outlets, or you can split into 2 tiles for direct access to each of the outlets. It truly does not get easier than this. Response to on/off is instant. I also really appreciate that this feels like a durable product but is not oversized

> 3 dayBuyer beware. Setting this device up with the Apple Homekit did connect it to wifi but couldnt do anything further with it without the eHomeLife App that the user manual does NOT recommend using on an IOS device. Once the app was loaded and the account was created, I was then able to add the device and edit the name. Then the fun began of trying to integrate it with the Alexa app. Alexa wont find the device and when you try to use the eHomeLife skill, you cannot sign in because No such user error message. Appartently I am not the only one with this issue. There are 3 other apps for the same parent company Meross but none of them work. I will be returning this product.

> 3 dayI’ve added many home kit devices to my home. As soon as I added this my entire home automation devices became non responsive. Tried multiple times to contact customer support. There’s only an email and they take days to response and just say talk to the customer service for the other items. Your item isn’t working either!!! Stay away!!!

> 3 day5 stars because each outlet is individually controlled, which I wasn’t expecting, which made this an even better value. Set up with the Homekit App was easy and seamless. Only been in place for 1 day so durability is TBD.

> 3 dayAfter months of it working great it suddenly stopped working in the Home app. I had lost the QR code and tried using the company app. That still didn’t work since you need the code to connect the device to both Home App and the company app. I have read other reviews of similar issues that the device just stops working within a years time, so buyer beware in this item. No support from the company.

> 3 dayAnything that requires me to change my WiFi signal from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and disconnect my mesh system just to set up I consider a pain in the butt. I did all this and it still didn’t want to connect. All the other smart devices in my home connect with no problem. I have plenty of bandwidth and a 1 gig signal. Go with Lutron or something else. The set up is terrible

Greater than one weekI didnt know the brand so I didnt have big expectations, but this device works perfectly. I was able to add it to HomeKit within 5 minutes from unboxing. Pleasantly surprised also that I can separately operate the two outlets.
