It worked straight out of the box. Its a little tight to get the bridge in and out, but once its in place, its solid. I especially like the short cord so theres nothing to hide, trip over, or be chewed on by cats.

Had this set up in under 15 seconds. Way easier than the included mount and screws that are included with the original. And it included a shorter cord, perfect fit, and no slack to get in the way.

Very cheaply made,doesnt hold the power brick in place. its better if you use velcro to hold the bridge in place.

They never mailed this to us, the price was just to good to believe.

This is easy to install and does what it is designed to do. My only gripe is that you if accidentally kick it, it will unplug. I used some Velcro but it would be nice if it could lock in somehow.

This is a very nice item and is exactly as advertised. I am glad I got this mount as it made the bridge real easy to install and keeps it clean.

The product was small and very easy to install! The Ring app does all the programming for you! Very easy, from box to wall & programed within 3 or 4 minutes! I like that the one bridge, can handle upwards of 50 lights!!!

Keeps falling out as it fits over the electrical prongs of the small transformer block and does let the prongs go into the outlet as far, si it falls out easy.
