It worked straight out of the box. Its a little tight to get the bridge in and out, but once its in place, its solid. I especially like the short cord so theres nothing to hide, trip over, or be chewed on by cats.

Love this! Wasn’t sure it was going to work as it showed vertical outlets - mine was horizontal in the base board - but fit perfectly! Much neater than having the long cord and having to drill holes in your wall! Very happy with it!

Plug doesnt actually fit through holes and still seat correctly in outlet. It falls off. Cheaply made. Wouldnt buy it had I known how cheap and inadequate it is. ✌️
