I bought this after having watched a video on YouTube about drawing with white charcoal on black paper. I already had some black paper so I just needed white pan pastel and some sponge tools to apply it. I really enjoyed trying something new. The name of the artist whose video I watched is Mad Charcoal. He apparently uses pan pastel a lot. I wouldnt have thought to try it if I hadnt seen his video. I really enjoyed the scratchboard effect of the drawing.

I am using Panpastel for my projects and I like it.

The soft art pastel was powdery; I should have sent it back for a refund, but have been mixing it with water to do my painting. Maybe it broke up in shipping.
