> 3 dayWeve always had dog gates. This is the first beautiful gate that I dont mind having out. Beautiful, heavy so the dogs cant move like they do the plastic ones and easy to use!

Greater than one weekI thought I had totally scored when I found this gate. Its hard to find pet gates that are wider than 90 inches! I wanted to stretch this across our narrow dining room to confine my 2 new cats, especially while theyre learning to use their scratching post, but the gaps are too big. As kittens, they could very easily get out. As nearly full-grown cats, they can still get out, although its more work now. Will wait to see if this can be used once the cats are full-grown, but I am disappointed so far. I wish they wouldve narrowed the gaps to prevent smaller animals from escaping. I would bet adding another bar to the metal section wouldnt cost that much extra, but it would add a lot of utility to the gate.

> 3 dayWe just moved into a very open house that is very old so I wanted gates to keep my kids in the family room and still have a nice look about them to go with the style of the house. I had planned on attaching one end to the wall with hinges and a lock on the other end. The feet that come with it dont stay in place very well and the gate falls over easily. The wood seam popped open in one corner as well making it flimsy. All things that are an easy fix with some wood glue but great for the price and look!

> 3 dayGot this gate to house our pug . It takes a little creativity to make it work for everyones use/house condition but this is definitely surdy and tall enough where a dog wont just jump over ( pug) one thing that i wish was better is that this is made out of composite wood therefore if your dog pees/marks on it you have to make sure and dry it asap or it will absorb and plump up the wood. with that said, the screw/metal will begin to corrode. it has lasted us 2yrs with these concerns so I say we have already gotten our moneys worth.

> 3 dayLooks great and worked well for a few weeks until my little 15 lb dog was able to push through the end and escape Was able to place heavy loads at each end to prevent pushing through

> 3 dayThis gate comes with two feet. If you’re using this gate to its maximum potential (96”) you may find out the two feet that are provided aren’t enough. I then ordered two additional feet of the same type. The feet awkwardly attach too loose at the bottom of the gate. It seems like the gate wants to constantly fall if using up to 96”, but the feet themselves don’t grip the gate. Poorly designed. Otherwise, the gate itself is heavy and nicely made.

> 3 dayWe did end up buying two more feet for it, not because it’s unstable, but because I don’t trust my dogs. We use this as a dog gate for our bay window under curtains so we don’t get woken up at 5 in the morning by our dogs yelling at our neighbors going to work. I LOVE it for this reason. Well worth the money to get extra sleep. It’s a little on the heavy side but not difficult for my husband or I to move up and down twice per day. It came fully assembled and very versatile. Love this product.

> 3 dayArrived on time. Packaged well. Not the sturdiest but reasonably so for the price. It does need additional stabilizer feet though, and the included stabilizer feet are not a perfect fit - they do not hold the gate perfectly upright - it tilts slightly to one side or the other (the feet do not sit perfectly flat on the floor on both sides of the gate). The notch need to be a little deeper for it to sit flush. As such, I would not get this gate for bigger dogs that may push up against it, as I think it would be easily knocked down. Four our little dogs (15 lbs and 3 lbs) that do not push against it though, it works fine. We also have it so it is against the wall at each end, so that helps to stabilize it, but if we were trying to keep them on the other side, it could be pushed over.
