Originally I thought this was such a lifesaver. It meant not having two cats crawling over me in the the middle of the night insisting on me feeding them. The recorder is superfluous, it’s scratchy, not really worth it so I don’t use it. The cats really respond to the sound of the food so no worries there. My only issue with the machine is that one of my cats has figured out she can stick her paw up in it like a vending machine, jostle it a bit and kibble will come out. Additionally she now moves them around the kitchen floor sometimes unplugging it) doing this so I’m looking into some type of box situation for the feeders that will drive me less nuts. Overall it’s a great device, I just wish my cat wasn’t so smart.

Now that the cat gets an early morning meal, she leaves us alone! It was easy to assemble and pretty easy to program.

Our cat is on a diet and it was difficult for me to find an auto feeder that would feed around a tablespoon at a time. This feeder works great, and 2 portions is only a small amount more than what I was feeding (3x a day). I like that you can schedule up to 4 meals, and the portion for each meal. I wish the voice recording was not quite as loud though, sometimes it wakes me up in the morning.

This feeder is definitely worth the money. It was easy to set up and is easy to clean.

This dispenser was wonderful as a backup when our family was traveling and a bad snowstorm was bearing down--cat sitters were able to ensure consistent feeding with the Pawple. Worked beautifully!

This feeder was great for ONE week. I am just glad I was home to realize it stopped working and not away on vacation to return to find out my cat was not fed! Returning it.

One thing is mine does not have a LED light???

This worked well for two years until one day, the USB port in the back completely broke off and now the thing is a rock. Do yourself a favor and buy one with a normal power cord.

This is an awesome product! Each serving is exactly 1/8 of a cup of kibble, and it has been working exactly as promised so far. No more 6 am cat wake ups (I set the first feeding for 5:40 am!), and the cat gets fed a bit 4 times a day (plus some wet food in the evening) so he never goes on a destructive tear cuz he’s hungry. The clear lid is nice, and it feels sturdy. The voice recording is pretty low-fi, you don’t really need it — more of a gimmick— the cat knows the sound of the feeder!!

I love this dispenser! I bought it to feed my cats one time during the day while I’m at work (I feed them myself two other times when I’m home). I love that it gives you the option to set different feeding times. You can turn the times on and off. I have a 12PM time (for when I work during the day) and a 6PM time (for when I work at night) set. You can switch back and forth really easily. It holds a lot of food too so you don’t have to constantly refill. The little dish is the perfect size for my two cats to eat from it at the same time. Only thing I don’t like is the voice recording feature. That scared them so I wanted to turn it off. There’s no way to turn it off so I had to record silence. You can still hear a crackle but it doesn’t bother them. Love this overall!
