Good product but it was way too big for my one cat & my liking.

Two issues for me and one of them is a big one. First, the tray is large for cat sized portions so my kitty ends up licking the food around the tray. There needs to be a backstop, like a little drop or ridge. Second, the top DOES NOT fully seal, which means food can get stale while waiting to dispense and ants can get in. And let me tell you, they do get in. For how expensive it is, it really ought to seal the food. Everything else about it is great, but having all the food I had in there get covered in ants... Thats too big a downside.

The food spills out the front when it comes out of the feeder so you need a mat under it to catch the food.

Oh my gosh, when I say this is a life saver, I am not joking. This is amazing to help keep my cat on routine when my life gets hectic. I love when he runs to the sound of my voice as his food drops. I know I can rely on this product. I had a hard time spending the money for an auto feeder but this is helping me keep sane and worth the cash!

Nice design, quiet, holds alot of cat food kibble. Timer works perfect, programming is intuitive BUT the AMOUNT function releases less than the amounts listed on the chart. My cat was put on a diet by my vet so her caloric intake was critical so I had to make some adjustments in order for her to get her amounts correct.

love it. easy assembly, carefree feeding. i only have to fill it like every 6 weeks. the portion selections are vast and so easy to understand the instruction booklet. love it and would recommend 100% for cat or dog

This feeder is perfect for my very hangry cat. The consistency of his dry food delivery has helped him -- and has helped me get more sleep and peace of mind. If I am traveling I can have someone stop by at a reasonable hour for his wet food, knowing he already got his dry food early in the morning. The voice recording is perfect and the whole setup was easy. He has figured out how to ram his head into the feeder to get a few dry pieces here and there, but I do think thats more so the issue of a hangry cat rather than the feeder. We make it work.
