PDP Gaming LVL50 Wireless Stereo Headset With Noise Cancelling Microphone: Black - PS5/PS4

I bought this headset for my son for Christmas. It worked well with his gaming system, but unfortunately the set stopped charging. I contacted PDP Gamings customer service, and they fixed the problem immediately. My son is once again enjoying his headset.

It took some time to figure out how to pair it but once I did it was great. If I wanted to use the tv speakers or a different headset, I just unplugged the USB adapter from the ps4. About month or 2 later, the headset doesn’t stay on. It cuts in and out, each time with those annoying beeps that don’t have a volume control for them. Sometimes if I stand at just the right angle I can get it to stay on for a minute. I don’t understand what happened. I see other reviews where they work for a few weeks to a month and then they experience the same issue. Man that’s disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

The product looks bulky on the head but who am I to complain. My 15yr old loves it. Especially the flip up mic to mute. Well worth the money.

So far so good!! My son loves them, he uses them for school and gaming! Love that they are wireless.

this headset is working well enough. But the microphone is way too sensitive. My friends never complained about my labored breathing when I used the RIG800. Now they are always like move that mic away from your mouth! and when I do they are like I cant hear you!

These worked perfectly until one day they did not. This was only a year after we bought them. The sound volume raised and lowered it self once you put them over your ears. Tried in computer and playstation and worked the same. Could not solve issue. Contacted PDP but had no answer from them on how to solve this. Other than that they sounded and has a good mic. 1 star review is due to the volume issue I can not solve.

Headset is comfortable and lasts all day Ive not had it go dead yet but I charge it every night when I go to sleep. Only problem is although my friends say my voice is very clear now, the volume is low Ive had to put it on max to be heard good.

Came on time great connection speed. Not the volume I was expecting but usable.

Te first one I ordered arrived defective - it was stuck power cycling. PDP’s customer service was super responsive and I had my replacement the next day. Replacement is working great. The sound is excellent the flip to mute mic is great. Plug and play is awesome, just make sure the PS is already on. Get this headset, you won’t regret it.

I love this headset cant hear anything in the backround it can get very loud I never have it on 100% of the volume because its too loud but battery life last long very comfortable you may notice it may be a little Heavy but not really its light for a bluetooth headset definitely reccomend buying
