the box already came open when i took it out the package the headset cushion are dirty the connector came broken waste of $56.97 dollars i do not recommend i want a refund

Ive had this for about 3 months now and the left side of the headset has completely stopped working. I used it a total of maybe 5 times as I dont really play online alot and customer support has been completely unresponsive. Idk if the product was the defective or something but it should have lasted longer than 3 months especially with how little they where used.

Headset is comfortable and lasts all day Ive not had it go dead yet but I charge it every night when I go to sleep. Only problem is although my friends say my voice is very clear now, the volume is low Ive had to put it on max to be heard good.

It’s okay, not sure I would say it’s worth the full price. Given that it’s not even Bluetooth but a dongle. Kinda stupid. Don’t think I would recommend

It was great when it works but after 9m the power button broke and it is useless junk. You also need a USB adapter to plug into the PS4 which is great if the PS4 never moves however my son takes the game console when he goes back to his mom so we always need to remember to unplug it. Also if you dont charge, well you are out of luck. Went back to the good old wired headset where my son doesnt need to remember to charge the headset and hopefully the power button doesnt break.

I bought this item based on the reviews but now the headset doesnt even turn on, even though its taking a charge. I should have gone with a more higher end headset then this junk.

Bought for my grandson he loves them says they work really well.

Not a terrible performance quality but the microphone piece snapped after only a week. Cheap plastic broke easily.

1. Product is great especially the mic (Being in pandemic and working from home, noise cancelling mic does works amazingly) 2. Headphone speaker quality is good 3. Connectivity is super simple with USB connectivity option 4. This is my first day of use. Hopefully it works the same way for long period.

Reason being 4 stars and not 5, is because they work great lmao, buuuttt they also have blind spots of where it can and cannot be connected via Bluetooth. I have also had some disconnections here and there for a few second, but me repositioning does indeed help the issue. Increase the signal rate and you may have an all around quality product.
