Overall the product is good however, my wife and I ordered the first one and it came with chips on the painted frame with the broken string that connects it to the frame. We started a return and we got our new one rather quick, upon opening the box there was yet again a chip in the paint on the same spot (top right corner). If you are fine with fixing stuff immediately after you purchase it, this is the product to buy. Definitely will never be dealing with this seller again.

I ordered this adorable Pearhead Little Wishes Frame with the little Elephants for a baby shower for my Granddaughter. Upon removing the frame from the box I discovered that the frame was cracked in the bottom left corner which wasnt visible while it was in the box due to the design of the box. I immediately contacted Amazon and I told them that I had ordered this for a baby shower and didnt know if I would be able to reorder and receive a replacement in time for the baby shower.Amazon was so Wonderful that they apologized and gave me a full refund and told me that I could keep the frame and try to use it if I wanted to or pass it on to someone who might be able to. I immediately began to think about how I could try to fix the frame where I could still use it so I used some wood glue then touched up the cracked area with some white paint and then I came up with using a couple of the little Elephants that came with the frame and I decided to paint them and I used some E6000 glue and hot glue to attach the little Elephants to cover up the crack in the frame being the baby shower theme is Elephants anyway and I think it came out adorable. Thank you Amazon for being so awesome to your Customers!

This was a fan favorite! My only remark is that the pen provided tends to bleed when writing on the little wooden elephant. I used a different pen for messages.

I got this as a Guest Book Gift for my best friends Baby shower! It was perfect. It was bigger than I expected and looked as cute as the picture.
