The item was not new. An obvious return. Missing wooden elephant pieces and instructional card. Very, very disappointed. I did reorder exact item. Hoping it’s complete and not damaged. I will return this item once I get the replacement. I need this for a baby shower in 2 weeks!!!!

The frame itself was great. But had to go buy a marker to write on the wooden elephants and it was hard finding one the the ink didnt look a mess when you wrote on them.

Great looking product but quite flimsy

Everything about this product was great the elephants fit perfect the marker that came with it worked wonderful there was no scratches on the glass stood up like a picture frame was supposed to would order again if needed one

Everyone at my baby shower loved this idea! Super cute! The marker it came with works fine but writes thick so I also had a thin point sharpie! Now my baby boy will have these little messages from his loved ones hanging in his room forever!! Highly recommend!
