> 3 dayThis is a piece of foam with the white attached to it that is textured. It was easy to install and the clear tape is good. It looks nice and clean instead of a piece of gray foam.

> 3 dayI’m happy with this purchase! This product is exactly what I needed around my air-conditioner. The directions were easy to follow, which made installing straightforward and simple. Not only does this provide an additional barrier to keep cool air in and bugs out, but it’s another layer between my cats and outside. I do not trust those flimsy side panels. Aesthetically this looks much better too.

> 3 dayOkay, it’s just a roll of insulated plastic vinyl but it looks so much better than the accordion-style ones I’ve used in the past and it insulates pretty well. When I raised rents in my apartments I used these and the tenants said they loved how much more upscale it made the house look. The tape that came with it worked perfectly and I finished the edges with some white gaffers’ tape because I’m not the steadiest with a pair of scissors. Worth the price.

> 3 dayFirst of all it cannot be straightened out. Secondly, this is not something that will keep the air out, no matter how much tape you apply around it. I this this is a faulty, cheap item, that should not cost more than a $1.00

10-06-2025I scoured the internet trying to find this. Its a simple solution to fit any size window. Very high quality and double sided tape sticks to it very well which was surprising.

> 3 dayRequires double sided tape (included, but messy). Thinner foam than I expected. Also comes rolled up, so has to be smoothed out before installed.

> 3 dayThe insulation panel was fairly easy to install and it will definitely provide additional insulation, both in the summer keeping the heat out, but especially during the winter, when the A/C is not in use, keeping the cold out. (Once in place, I only remove the window-mounted A/C in my home office when I need to buy a new one.) The instructional video on the amazon product page is VERY helpful. Be sure to follow the carpenters proverb -- measure twice and cut once -- or else youll mess it up. The most difficult task was laying down the double-sided tape, which is tricky to work with. However, the vendor provided more than enough of the tape; I used only half of it.
