Pelican 1050 Micro Case - for iPhone, GoPro, Camera, and more (Blue/Clear)

Love pelican always. I use this one to put hard drives and it can perfectly fit two LaCie rugged C inside. Really trust it!

Pelican makes good products. This has a rubber liner that seals to the lid. It will be important to keep it clean to avoid leaks. I ordered the pluck foam but it is difficult to use with the rubber liner. It does keep the instrument from moving around inside though. The latch is a bit tight but you dont want it to leake either.

Does exatly as it says in the description and a perfect size for my needs, any better and it would have been made for purpose.

I actually use it to store different size screws. I bought 3 of them. Small, compact, fits into my tool bag. No need to carry around an extra screw caddy now. Strong case, from a great manufacturer. Pelican cases are always great solid cases. 5 stars for these.

Awesome poolside product for iPhoneX and a pair of glasses. Cant fit much more than that in. Totally water and crush proof.

it kept phone and wallet dry used on canoe trip overturned boat and it floated no water inside after it was recovered I would recomend

This case is made of a fairly thick tough plastic like polycarbonate (I think). The overall case itself is clear. The bottom of the case has a separate liner made of a rubbery material that provides pretty good protection for fragile contents. Or, you can remove this separate liner and you have a perfectly clear case. The latch holds the case shut securely and the hinges are pretty rugged. The case is water resistant, but not waterproof. That means it will protect from normal exposure but not from immersion in water.

Not a true dry box. Not water proof. But is highly water resistant. It works. Overpriced.
