I ordered this sponge for my new canister filter. Im impressed that this sponge has so much substance. It is a rough texture which should work well in the filtration system. It is thick n has rigidity to it so it wont just turn to mush when it is saturated with water.

Works great on my 55g cichlid tank. Water changes are far more infrequent.

Works as advertise. I think its even better quality then the stock one used for cascade filters.

Came unpluged and aquarium fogged up badly. Plugged back in and half a day later was CLEAR! Mine is 150 gallon.
