The product is what the product has always been...an excellent floss pad set for my fresh-water aquarium. The outer box was fine...undamaged, intact. The actual product box looked like it had been run over by a fork-truck. Fortunately, the product is floss pads, and they sprung back sufficiently to use. What can I say...not everyone is as careful as I am.
