I ordered this in October to set up as Christmas present for my 3 year old daughter and instead of checking and assembling it beforehand i waited until the day of Christmas as a fun watch Dad build this activity. There were no instructions in the box. I had to search YouTube because I tried to assemble it just following the numbers and there are numbers missing from pieces, while looking at the video pieces arent cut the same as how I received it and the attic is over-sized and doesnt fit so the roof will not be able to go on. This play set offers hours of fun play with low noise levels. She lives this set and her mom put it together while she was in kindergarten, her brother helped out it together and tested it out with his dinosaurs that I gave him. The dinosaurs are neighbors and they don’t attack but they protect and have picnics with Peppa pig. She was surprised and played for three hours her first night. They played well together and at low noise levels. Her mom was stressing to me how low the play noise was. The set is heavy and made of solid strong materials. The house has weight to it so it’s not easy to tip over. The fun is endless as there are enough pieces to keep moving things around znd different arrangements and adventures.

My kids are huge Peppa fans so I knew that I needed to get their house for them. It was easy to build especially if you have a drill. The pieces are clearly labelled and the instructions are clear. It comes with 29 accessories and my kids have collected all the characters from various sets so they had more than enough to play with. Very sturdy. Highly recommend

My 3 year old loves this but the little plastic toys are kind of flimsy and fall over a lot. Not enough cut outs to be able to play effectively. Best thing about it is how sturdy the wooden house is but it took my husband a long time and a lot of frustration to put together.

Super easy to put together. Well packaged (no styrofoam!). My daughter loves it. Very happy with purchase.

The wonden panel wasn’t pre-drilled the holes, so it was difficult to assemble it. And the panels are easy to crack, I even got the wood chip into my hands. I don’t think it’s safe for kids, so I returned it.

This is a DIY dollhouse, but its very easy to follow the instructions and it builds a substantially large and sturdy house thats worth the effort. Its got the notched pieces that interlock and screws that require a drill but it was very easy to follow the instructions and build it in a short amount of time. I think it took me maybe an hour? Afterwards my son and I filled it up with all the adorable furniture and figures it comes with. Theres a piano, a parrot on a stand, a telescope.. even a dollhouse! A dollhouse for the dollhouse. My favorite part. Its a really cute set for imagination play. A strong, sturdy and brightly painted house that comes with a great set of furniture and figures that can be expanded upon as far as the mind can imagine!

My daughter insisted that Santa bring her this from the Amazon Christmas toy magazine. I didn’t realize it was a solid, wood doll house. It’s a great size and great to play with - better than the dollhouse we had before.
