For a kids toy that require parental assembly its very straightforward and sturdy. Materials I believe and feels like thin pieces of wood boards may be wrong and can be particle board and is very tough. The wood feels pretty dense and there two Woden blocks for the support of the roof that would take a lot to break. As for putting it together I didnt need the instructions as everything is number and looks self explanatory to me. However I did peak at the instructions to see which of the 2 types of wood screws are used where and whats thats figured out, you just he drilling away. I used a cordless power drill 18v at the lowest setting to prevent any unnecessary splits. Total I say I had it all assembled and furniture placed in 20-30mins, If not faster. I put it all together at night time to give the kids a surprise in the morning. Immediately they were drawn to it and straight to it they went in their play area. They instantly knew whose house they were interacting with and excited going through each room and playing all the little furniture and toys and pointing out what everything is and acting out various scenes and lines from the show. They love every single detail until they asked where Papa pug and Mama pig and Grandpa pig was. Sadly, given all the details and accessories that came with it your Peppa pig fanatic may want more like they even asked where Georges Dinosaur was? With no good answer they still continue to play and arrange the little world as they saw fit. Though missing some cast members its a big hit with the kids currently at $129.00 at the time of writing this. It comes with more than enough to keep the kids entertained. Definitely a great present for that Peppa pig fan. My kids love George more but to each their own. Get it if you have a fan on the house.

Great quality easy assembly!

I didnt like the fact it only came with two characters pepper and her brother George it would be nice if all four family members were together but I did purchase them separately so its okay

Bought this as a gift for my three year old for her birthday. She absolutely loved it. It was fairly easy to put together except for the roof, it was pretty confusing if you followed the instructions how it showed- much easier to place the roof pieces on the house instead of connecting it off of the house like the instructions showed. I knew this dollhouse came with a ton of accessories but I was still shocked at how much it actually came with. It’s definitely worth the price. The quality is amazing. I only came across one issue where the paint was scratched before I took it out of the packaging, fortunately it looks like the way it’s supposed to be so it’s not that big of a deal. I expect this dollhouse to last us many many years even with how wild and rough my daughter can be. I’m very happy with this purchase.

It was surprisingly well constructed with wood and the screws were easy to use and install was easy to follow along. If you put ikea furniture together, it was easier than that! My daughter loves playing with it. It doesn’t Take up as much space as other bigger house toys and the house pieces are definitely better than the stuff for her Barbie dream house

The house isn’t that big and I wish it came with a mini screwdriver but it was fairly easy to put together. My daughter love it

This was incredibly hard to put together as it seems they did not have things adequately lined up but then we never actually got it all together because one of the boards literally just broke in half while trying to put it together.

Gift

This comes packed very well and all items were in great condition due to this. It takes quite a bit to put together and the kiddos kept getting very impatient but we finally did it! They love playing with peppa and switch between them and welcome Their new friends bluey as well. This keeps them engaged playing house and is a perfect addition to our home!

The wonden panel wasn’t pre-drilled the holes, so it was difficult to assemble it. And the panels are easy to crack, I even got the wood chip into my hands. I don’t think it’s safe for kids, so I returned it.
