Amazon calls for this to replace a 608SSD21. The ID on this bearing is 8mm (0.315) instead of the 5/16 (0.312) of the 608SSD21 bearings that came out of the Fasco draft inducer motor in my furnace that I was repairing. I did use them since I couldnt find the correct ones locally on short notice. .003 does matter as it was a little loose and I can hear that it is not as quiet as it should be. Lets see how long it will last.

These bearings were a little stiff out of the box but quickly became free rolling after a short break-in period. They have performed well so far.

Im not using them for maximum load, so I cant address that. However, Ive used two of them for small projects and they are very smooth.

The bearings on my blender went bad. Took some effort I got the old ones off and replaced with these. Too bad Vitamix doesnt sell authentic bearings.

Havent use for long time. Seems ok.

Was ok for cheap bearings. They dont roll as far as higher end ones but they get the job done. I installed them into my longboard wheels.

I needed 8 to replace all the bearings in the 4 wheels of a seated walker. Much cheaper and accurate than replacement wheels.
