Not sure of the issues others had, received genuine brush heads with the chip. Purchased and fulfilled by Amazon.com. Of course, always wait for these to go on sale before buying.

Front of package states, Fits all Sonicare click-on handles Then in very small print on the back, says Not compatible with Phillips One handles. Im sure it is a good product, but the packaging is misleading.

These work great been using a Sonicare for decades and they work and fit fine.

Must buy!
