> 3 dayThere are so many bad reviews of these brush heads. I needed replacements for my Diamond Clean Brush HX9361/69. I found it hard to believe all the bad reviews on these so I ordered anyway knowing I can certainly return them if not authentic. I was correct! These are authentic, they fit my brush perfectly, and had the serial number under the brush with the same exact one as my original brush head. I immediately use it and didnt notice anything wrong or different from my original brush heads. Dont know why some would write bad and false reviews for these but I want people to know you can rest assured when ordering these, you are getting authentic brushes. These are the W brushes that are marked in front of these specific brushes. Their are several brushes u can pick from with letters of C2, C3, G, W, W2, W3 and few others. They each do different functions so u must pick which brush suits your needs and fits your brush that have the snap on/off feature which are the latest models from about 2 years ago to present. Glad I didnt believe the bad reviews and Im so happy with my order. I even subscribed for them sent to me every 4 months. I highly recommend these brushes as well as this Sonicare Care Diamond Clean Brush and model. Leaves ur mouth so fresh and clean its like getting a professional cleaning every time you use it!

> 3 dayEither these are rejects from the Philips factory or pretty good fakes. Their size is a little off. They fit my toothbrush but it leaves a bit of a gap when attached (see photo). That being said they work. Only time will tell if they actually hold up. Guess you get what you pay for. : (

> 3 dayWhy are there only 3 brushes? Wouldnt 2 or 4 be better?

> 3 dayI feel the Diamond head cleans my teeth better than the other styles. Which, it’s personal preference, but I prefer these over others. I have used Sonicare for 15+ years and won’t use anything else.

> 3 dayI switched back to these after using some cheaper, non-DiamondClean replacement heads. Those worked okay, but these are better. They last a long time and really clean my teeth. I do wish they were not quite so expensive, but it beats paying for dental work.

> 3 dayIve been a long time user of Sonicare Diamond tooth brush, and I love them! However, the delivery person handed my order to another resident in my assisted living facility, and I never received it.

> 3 dayThis is my favorite of all the brush heads available from this company. I just dont understand why they dont include them automatically in their 9300/9500/9700 series brushes. Nonetheless, they can feel a little too strong for some folks, so if thats you, then I recommend starting at a lower intensity then working up as your comfort levels allow. Either way, this brush head has made a huge difference in merely a matter of days. My gums no longer bleed and my teeth are finally getting whiter. I can also tell they are getting below the gum lines and very likely helping in that area, as well.
