Greater than one weekI gave this a 3 star as it says it comes with a roll of labels and mine did not come with a roll. I have a sample roll in the machine but it is not the 100 labels it says it would come with.

Greater than one weekIm currently using this printer to make labels for my boxed items in storage and its an absolute cinch to operate. Download the app, turn on your Bluetooth and the label printer to pair them and youre done with the setup in under 2 minutes! I made the labels in the photo in no time at all. The printing is fast and produces clear text and images. Use the templates in the app or create your own label using your own photos and images. This small, lightweight label printer can be taken/used anywhere. Im super happy with this purchase and highly recommend!

> 3 dayI’ve owned mine for a year and as I was labeling some shop items it randomly shut off and won’t turn back on. Even after a full night of charging. Customer care hasn’t gotten back to me. I don’t normally like that you have to download an APP for EVERYTHING and create accounts but I will say I find it very useful for this thing. If I by chance end up with another one, at least I will have all my labels saved in the app and it will be very easy to just continue where I left off. Nothing is saved in the actual device. It’s just a simple Bluetooth printer.

> 3 dayI have used this three times over the last year and half. Just took it out to use it today and the label feed will not stop feeding. It indicates it is printing and then prints half on the label and half off the label, then feeds out 10 labels while indicating that it is printing. I had a difficult time getting the unit to register that the labels were in the unit, as with the printing, it feeds out all the labels on the spool. It took about 12 attempts to get the unit to register to labels were even in the unit. So frustrating! I have only made at most 25 labels since I purchased it.

21-11-2024I purchased the label maker for my daughter in law who sells clothes online. It helps her stay organized because she can create the inventory labels.
