I really had high hopes for that label maker, however, I had to return it. the app works great but it would not print. I emailed manufacturer.. no response.. so I returned it. I work hard for my money.

Love the ease and variety of this product. Very easy to use, variety of fonts and borders to choose from. I used to make labels for my Jams, and label things in kitchen to organize.

I am trying to print barcodes for my small business to make things easier. Every time I type my numbers and accept, it changes the last digit to another number making it impossible to print codes that actually work with my register. And theres zero troubleshooting related to answer why this is happening or how to fix it. So much for saving a few bucks.

Haven’t used it for printing yet, but looks to be sturdy and comes on fine.

It wouldn’t print correctly. Printed kept saying there was no paper even though there was. Printing was coming out crooked or skipping letters even after readjust the paper and resetting the text so we sent it back.

I’ve owned mine for a year and as I was labeling some shop items it randomly shut off and won’t turn back on. Even after a full night of charging. Customer care hasn’t gotten back to me. I don’t normally like that you have to download an APP for EVERYTHING and create accounts but I will say I find it very useful for this thing. If I by chance end up with another one, at least I will have all my labels saved in the app and it will be very easy to just continue where I left off. Nothing is saved in the actual device. It’s just a simple Bluetooth printer.

Just got my product today. Love how it’s easy to use and for starters if you want to make simple stickers to print. It only prints black and white no color ! I just dislike how the printing looks kinda cheap .
