> 3 dayI order this product in Dec. and was anxious to try it out. It wouldnt install so I called the tec who agreed that the disk was corrupted and I would receive a new one. I waited and waited but never heard any futher from anyone. I e-mailed several times and finally someone returned my e-mail and asked what product I ordered. Apparently the tec did not forward my information. So they said I would receive a new disk and were going to charge me. I said I paid for it once, I wasnt going to pay again. Apparently they thought this was a new order so they said I would receive a replacement disk. I am still waiting. Will let you know if it was worth the wait.

Greater than one weekI own the PI 8.5 which does a fabulous job. Recently, I needed to burn a TV DVD and could not. So I called tech support and was informed that I needed an unlock code to be able to burn a DVD. No longer have the box but I do have the manual so I looked through it to see if an unlock code was mentioned anywhere and it was not. Decided to go ahead and buy this unlock code and see if it would work on my old PI 8.5. Did not realize that you need to order a number which will last for one month for $12.95 or you can add 6.95 for a 2 year number. According to onliner and customer service, after the time limit, you cannot burn a TV DVD. Went ahead an ordered the number but I could never download it. Figured that maybe it was the old PI version. Talked with 5 different online chats and determined that I needed to purchase PI 13 so I ordered it through Amazon. Went to local retailer, to read box regarding need of unlock code. Not mentioned anywhere on the box or front pages. Decided to call customer service to make sure, before order shipped, if I truly did not need an unlock code (additional cost). Well, you do! Cancelled the order. So all I can say is this, if you want a great photo program and will never need to burn a DVD, then purchase it. However, if you plan on burning TV DVDs, then realize that you will be paying for this privilege for the rest of the softwares life (according to customer service n online reps. I am so disappointed in this company. All I can say is, SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Greater than one weekPhoto Impact is a playground for digital images! Theres a ton of effects and filters. Well-chosen artistic effects make it easy to add style to your image. (Hooray for the star filter!) Automatic adjustments fix everything from color balance to noise reduction. Manual versions of the corrections are available if you want to tweak things yourself. And it’s all wrapped up in a package that is beginner-friendly.

> 3 dayI have had previous versions of PhotoImpact, and love their product. I like to get the latest version, and this version is well worth purchasing, however, I have not had time to review all the new features.

> 3 dayI had an earlier version of Photo Impact but recently purchased Photo Impact Pro 13. I had a lot of trouble deleting the earlier version prior to installing the new version. You would think that the new version would delete the old one upon installation, but apparently Photo Impact didnt think to make that option available. After Pro 13 was installed, the tools seemed to work pretty well. However, after installing Pro 13, I emailed Nova Development with a couple of simple questions. The first got a boiler-plate response, which I guess was OK (it was couched in terms that I had to look up in the products glossary/index and then study in depth prior to attempting my task again). The second elicited a response that the request was in their queue line, but nothing more ever came to me. They never followed up with anything! Thats not acceptable Customer Service.
