A damaged box was sent, not worth my time to return it.

I bought this box specifically for those photos and documents that arent a traditional size (3x5 or 4x6). We are in the middle of downsizing our home and needed to make some drastic storage decisions. One of those were the use of this box, along with another, to store the photos and documents that we had in over dozen photo albums! These are amazing! You can literally store hundreds of documents/photos in this box. The box is made of tough cardboard and is available in several colors. I chose the bright red. Very, very poor quality. You are better off with a shoe box. Not worth $12. Wouldn’t buy this at the dollar store. Corners ripped and underside is dented. If I ever have to move this wouldn’t survive the trip because of how cheap and delicate it is. Everything that I have owned over the years that is made by Pioneer has been terrible.

I like these boxes. This is the fourth one Ive purchased. For one thing, theyre available in purple. For another thing, they provide archival storage of larger items which are waiting for me to get around to scanning them.

Love these boxes to store momentos.

Over the last several years Ive purchased six of these for a large collection of old movie stills and magazines. The boxes are super sturdy and a great size that fit almost everything (except old NME magazines which were always oversized and a pain to find containers for). The stills that I stored seven years ago are still in great condition and protected from too much sun, humidity, wind, etc. The boxes I bought years ago still look brand new inside and out. Very much recommend these, especially if you can find them at a reasonable price.

I have been in the process of gathering family history for our daughters and the Pioneer Jumbo Scrapbook Storage Box is large enough to hold legal documents, photos and memorabilia. I hope when the girls open their black boxes they will be pleased with the content.
