> 24 hourThe brass and steel are simply too soft to be useful for what you would use it for. The two stars were removed because I had to open all of them to clear out extra plastic in the threads otherwise they were impossible to use.

> 24 hourI would be happy to pay a little more to have a little better design. Out of the four brushes that I received, two of them failed when I tried to extend the bristles. The mechanism that pushes the bristles back and forth is a poor design. They work great when theyre in one piece. The pictures depict what happened when I tried to push the bristles out. The back end came undone.

> 24 hourGot this to clean up an restoration project. After using to clean up the original hardware (which had been soaked in cleaner) the 2 I used fell apart after 1 use.

> 24 hourSeems like every battery operated device I own eventually has bad caking or corrosion at the contacts, and I can start the cleanup with the softest scratch brush and work my way up to the steel brush whenever needed.

> 24 hourThe Steel and Brass bristles work as well or better than the fiberglass bristles for my purposes, and dont have the hazards of fiberglass. I win.
