> 3 dayI liked that there were refills in the package, and it seemed like a good value. I tried the brass one first and it seemed okay. The fiber brush, which was the reason I bought the set, immediately pushed out the back on the first pressure. I didnt get to scratch even once with it. I ended up buying a eurotool model - dont waste your money here, get the real thing. I returned this. At least their return process was fast and easy.

> 3 dayThe brush set is okay. However the steel brushes quickly became detached from their base, and now they just fall out whenever the brush is used to clean corrosion. I have to replace the steel brush pen, but will use a different brand/model

> 3 dayI use mine on my modeling/sculpting bench. They work great, and its wonderful to be able to retract and protect the bristles when not in use.

> 3 daythey look pretty flimsy for 13-14 dollars. not to impressed so far but i just got them. brush end is about one quarter inch diameter and extends to around 3/8 inch in length.

> 3 dayThis whole set costs as much as one brass bristle brush on Rio Grandes website. I can use them for different projects, with the primary being the brass brush for cleaning files.

> 3 dayThis has a nice variety of bushes of different materials. I never used a product like this before and may have had too high an expectation for its effectiveness. It helped but didnt do the job I had hoped for. It is worth the money to have on hand.

> 3 dayI have now tried all 4 pens, even though I truly only needed the fiberglass. The brass and steel pens hold up fine, but its not a great idea to just start scratching away at things with metal. The nylon brush is useless. You might as well get a $1 kids paint brush, because you will not scratch away anything with the soft edges of this nylon. Finally, the fiberglass pen. I was trying to remove about a 1in x 0.5in section of circuit board coating and it did NOTHING to remove that coating. By the time I scraped away the top coat with a separate, metal spudger, I went back to the fiberglass to polish. POOF. The whole section tried to disappear into the pen. Fished It out with tweezers and clamped the holding section so tight I could barely get the pen tip back on. First round back at it, a little resistance then the whole thing disappeared again. If youre going to need the fiberglass specifically, DO NOT BUY THIS PACKAGE. Spend a few extra dollars and get a quality product that will last AT LEAST a single use.
