Greater than one weekNo problems so far, formatted and worked with Xbox one. After doing some test i see that it sometimes it will dip down in write speed to 90 mbps but nothing lower, concidering the orginal xbox drive maxes out at 100 mbps, you are barley losing any speed on writes, even when this hard drive is struggling, but for the most part write speeds stay around 150mbps and 250mbps read time so over all fast enough for what i wanted. So portable and tiny that its hard to not like it. Only other issue is that it gets kind of warm when writing too it, but i guess thats pretty normal and not a big deal.

> 3 dayAlmost one Tb of external SSD storage for under $100. Works well, small, lightweight. >14,000 songs stored and access is faster than conventional internal drive.

Greater than one weekWorks just about as good as any SSD Ive had. I havent have any issues running Ubuntu on it. According to some tests I found online and ran, its reading and writing some 40MB/second, which is quite a bit less than I expected, and what was advertised, but still definitely enough for what I need it for.

Greater than one weekBy far the slowest drive I have owned. I have 6 external drives because I am a professional Videographer. The write spend on this SSD has never gone above 40MB/s and the read speed has never gone above 100MB/s. This is WAY Far below the industry standard (even for the cheapest solid state drive on the market). Once again.... You get what you pay for. The extra $40 for a good drive would have saved me tons of time loading and editing. Again.. this SSD is even slower than most other Budget SSDs. So, its back to SanDisk and Samsung for me. Less learned.

> 3 dayI evaluated several other options before I found this. Its a little more expensive than some of the other no-name devices, but this one is the real deal. This device is small, maybe a little larger than a pack of gun and packs a solid punch. This device is blazing fast with USB 3.1. This device makes a great back up for your hard drive. As a PSA, always back up your hard disk. One day it will die and youll lose an important file or those cherished family picture. I wholly recommend this product for high density backup storage.

12-04-2025I have two of these drives. They are super small and work well. This week one of them failed and it was only 2 months old. When I contact PYN, I was told that my warranty was void because I didnt purchase this item from an authorized seller. If you buy this drive make sure you purchase it from Amazon and not a 3rd party seller. Update Nov 2020: My second drive is starting fail now. I purchased it June 2020, worked fine until a few weeks ago when it began randomly disconnecting from my computer. Exactly the same thing the other drive. Again, there is no warranty because I didnt purchase it from an authorized dealer. Would not recommend this drive.

19-04-2025I have several of those which I use for traveling and/or transfer of files for customers. They work great, are very reasonably priced and super portable.
