Super fun with a large group

wasting. We brought this to our annual family trip. 13 people in a ski house. This game is so much harder than you expect...especially after a few. Everyone from teens to 50 were laughing and having a good time. 100% will play again.

Lots of clean fun for the whole family

We love playing this game and it is so much fun with a big group. Its easy to learn and if you want to smack someone with an inflatable bat, then this game is for you. I would say best for older teens, our younger kids seem to struggle a little. But a blast for adults

this has been tons of fun for game night with our family, including kids from 12 and up. Much laughter ensues - as well as some pretty intense debate on whether some words are one or two syllables lol. Well worth the purchase price for the hours of enjoyment its already provided.

I recently purchased the board game Poetry for Neanderthals and it has quickly become one of my favorite party games! The game is easy to learn and play, and its perfect for groups of all ages. The concept of the game is simple: players take turns giving clues to their teammates to help them guess a word or phrase, but the catch is that the clues can only consist of one-syllable words. If a player uses a word with multiple syllables, they get bopped on the head with a toy inflatable club, representing the Neanderthal perspective. The game is not only fun but also incredibly hilarious. Watching your friends and family struggle to come up with one-syllable words for complex phrases is a riot, and getting bopped on the head with the club adds an extra layer of hilarity. The game comes with a deck of cards with words and phrases, as well as the inflatable club and a rulebook. The components are all of high quality and the art is colorful and fun. Overall, I highly recommend Poetry for Neanderthals to anyone looking for a fun and entertaining party game that will have everyone laughing and having a great time!
