I had purchased a teak bench for the shower that was beautiful, but too heavy to navigate in the shower. Gave to my daughter. Purchased this because is not as heavy, but sturdy and more waterproof. Live in Florida and mildew can be a problem. Not with this.

This makes for a great bench, certainly not for narrow tubs though. The wood is gorgeous and has no splintering. It holds 280lbs with no wobble. I do think the price is pretty steep but if you dont mind paying for the looks of it its a great buy

LOVE this so much! We have a large walk in shower and I was having trouble shaving my legs in it with my bad knee since I tore my ACL. I freaking love this! I can sit down and shave and not worry about falling down. It was super easy to assemble and is VERY sturdy. I’m over 200lbs and it didn’t feel wobbly or anything. Highly recommend!

Have this in my master shower and its been holding up very well after a month in there. I was worried it was going to start absorbing the water and deteriorating but nope nothing yet. Its also very sturdy, It doesnt seem to wobble at all when I have a leg on it when shaving or while im fully sitting on it contemplating my life choices. Great product and I would happily buy again if it ever did break.

This bench exceeded our expectations! Looks and feels like real wood and is a beautiful addition to our newly renovated bathroom. Will definitely purchase more products from this company!

Perfect size. Sturdy and well made. Had a guest use the shower that weight close to 300lbs love it and had no problems.

I am using this shower stool in a standard sized tub and it has been a life saver. I wish I had this following my accident because sometimes I would just be in too much pain to stand up in the shower but definitely in need of one. I have been using this throughout my pregnancy and can confirm that it is a definite must if you have any issues standing to complete a proper shower or even if you have a lot of tired nights but still need to get in the shower and clean off before dozing off. It also comes in handy if you Have a foot care routine. It takes the strain off your back and makes taking care of your feet less of a chore and hassle. It is very good quality and cleaning is as simple as rinsing it off sometimes. Heads Up: In my tub I have found that if I lean too far to one side the stool shift sideways. I have not had an issue with it causing me causing me to fall or shifting too fast that I lose my balance but this is just something I would like to give a heads up for those who are using them in a standard sized tub. Only eight screws, I did it myself, with Allen key provided. 2 needed a bit of ‘help’ but I like the shower chair, sturdy and nice looking. I hope it does not mold, will be back, to update, if it does.
