It really works! I have a conure. If his poop has a chance to fully dry on plastic surfaces, some of it turns to concrete & is impossible to get off using elbow grease. A pet store worker highly recommended Natures miracle, but it was no miracle against my conures poop. It simply didnt work. After hearing such glowing recommendations about Natures miracle, my expectations were not very high for this product. Well I was beyond thrilled when it actually worked!!! As others have said, spray it on & let it sit for a few minutes before wiping with a rag. Do I love the smell? No. But once you rinse it off the smell goes away. So who cares that poop-off doesnt smell nice. It is SAFE to use & cannot harm my bird, and makes an impossible task doable. If you have an issue with bird poop that has turned to concrete, give this a try. I bought the gallon on Amazon and went to the dollar store for a spray bottle. I am so glad I took the chance on poop-off.

Wanted something to clean up my birds poop and not kill her with the fumes. This seems to do the job.

Hard poop takes a long time to remove. If you clean often it works very well.

great product no issues with the product except amazon did not pack the product and it was dented since being plastic and leaked I mean come on amazon pack your items like this more carefully.......

This is truly a great product. Weve tried everything to get bird poop off our cement patio. This works like a charm, just spray it on, scrub a little and rinse off. Im so happy I found this product

I have used Poop-Off before. Had to order online ,as the pet store, for some insane reason, did not carry it anymore. I would highly recommend this cleaner to anyone who keeps birds.

This stuff is amazing. I have had parrots for 42 years and have never found a better product than this to remove bird waste and dried up organic matter off cages and floors of all kinds. This stuff totally works better than water and or harsh chemicals. If you have a parrot you need this.

More effective than regular cleaners and safer.
