Bought two in August 2022. I run it on my phone with the Osaio app. One is still working well in March 2023. Very useful because I can remotely turn on a window air conditioner unit (manual on off, no thermostat) in a second property I own while Im two hours away, and cool the place down before I or a guest arrive. Even better, I can turn it off remotely if I forget, and save electricity. However, the second plug which I used as a timer for a light never seemed to work right. There was no test mode for the timer, and it failed after about 3 months and ceased receiving signal from the Osaio software. I asked for a replacement under the warranty twice and have had no response after several days. UPDATE: 3 weeks later, Porik has not responded to my request for a warranty replacement. This company has no viable contact information; just a facebook and IG pafe, no email or call in number and fake pictures with bad English captions. Their warranty is therefore worthless.

These plugs are extremely high tech and user-friendly it’s amazing that you can use your Alexa to program your lights to be turned on and off at your leisure without having to be at home

    Greater than one week

this stupid thing does not work with google home, or else does not follow the instructions they outline. i now have a paper weight that cost me $20. do not buy this. It worked the first week i set it up, but then it lost connection to my google home assistant, and how google always says it is offline. i cannot bring it back on line. tried with smart home and osiao app. both do not work. wasted 2 hours trying to re-establish connection. waste of time, waste of money.

I used Tuya Smart app instead the one recommended in the manual. I have struggle to get it connected because of my internet. I have 2 lines and one with a lower speed that I needed to use per instruction, but it was not working. Initially I blamed the product, but then I realized my line is an issue. After it got fixed it was an easy set up. The product works as designed. I use it as a remote control for my 2 night lights. Great product. Easy set up. Very pleased.

There really is dont need to download the app that this requires. The app is the same layout just like other smart apps that control light bulbs, Outlets, switches and other items that may be in your home. I used the wbm smart app and it seems to connect to everything that I have. If that app does not connect to it then I use the Smart Life app. I have both of these apps connected to my Google SmartThings. Once it is added to one of these two apps then it will automatically show up on the Google SmartThings app. The nice thing about these plugs are that they are small enough to where they do not cover the other outlet. I paired them with my wbm smart app without any problems and as stated before they automatically appeared in my Google SmartThings app. I give this five stars and two thumbs up. If anything should happen in the future I will update my review.

I followed all the instructions and tried like 10 different things to try and get it to pair but it game the same issues as if it wouldnt recognize it. I tried to find a way to contact the company for help but there isnt even a contact number for them. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I tried repeatedly on several ocassions to make these outlets connect but they will not recognize my AT&T network. My router uses the same network name and password for both its 5G and 2.4G signal (this device only uses the 2.4G signal) but this device will not connect. I was very much looking forward to using this device because of its smaller footprint, but Ill have to send these back and order more of the larger Alexa plugs.

I dont think it was the product that was the problem, but the OSAIO app. that was associated with outlets. Every couple of weeks they had to be reprogrammed. Then they didnt like being associated with Alexa and that was enough. There landfill now.
