The ice pack gel does not keep cool for longer than a couple of hours. The unit has to be drained due to the pack thaws and leaves about 2oz of residual water. In addition, only the left side builds up external condensation leaving a puddle. Considering the unit was purchased because it did not use a reservoir that may leak. The lowest fan speed is very annoying considering the unit has to be relatively close to the individual. Handle is so small, only a couple of fingers can fit through the handle. The product smells like burning plastic and doesnt seem to subside after two weeks of continuous intermittent daily use. This unit doesnt seem to work in ambient room temperatures of 22C to 28C, with a 10 distance. The unit will have to be returned and get a unit with a reservoir. This item is an unfortunate waste of resources. Greed driven product.

Dont think the ice pack will stay cool for 8hrs? Dont know about the cost a little pricey. Good value at half the cost

The first one arrived with broken louvers. The second arrived with a broken start button. The parts are plastic and not durable

It provides cold air for a minute but not enough to cool down a small room. The assembly of the product was also just really crappy and cheaply put together. It’s also tiny!

You can hardly feel the air. Doesnt cool anything. Dont buy this product.

I live in Florida....so its hot all the time. I bought this for my wife because she always complains our bathroom is hot when shed drying her hair. So far weve only used it a few times and it definitely blows cold air. But its not quite as strong as an actual A/C. Id think of it as a slightly colder fan. So it gets the job done, but I only gave it 4 stars because an actual A/C would definitely be better.

I opened the box and immediately knew something as weird. The part that should host a power button was just a hole displaying open circuit. The cord came unraveled. The back part that hosted the fan was caved in. This is a cheap product. Even the plastic feels cheap. I opened the box, then I closed the box, then I immediately queued the return label for a refund. Not sure I would recommend this to anyone.

I received an email from seller regarding the viability of the freezer trays. you cannot overfill...ok...and you cannot leave in freezer for over 10 hours. having to take it out of the freezer kind of defeats the purpose. Disappointed.

Unit didnt work. Dont waste your monies. Please!
