Just let me start with the fact that I did receive a repacked or return heater. The plastic sleeve that the heater was supposed be covering the heater was folded up under the heater and the cord was not wrap properly. The heater was not damaged and as of now is working great so I will leave it at that. I bought the heater with the digital controls and the controls a very easy to use. The heat is instant and can be felt some even across our living room. We have an open kitchen, den, living room area so we do set the heater near where we are sitting. Still, I feel the warm air while sitting across the room on the sofa. As per the directions I agree that the heater should be plug directly into a wall outlet or if you have to use an extension cord (not recommended) it should be at least a short as possible 12 gauge. Please do not use this information as a guide. Foe safety, the instructions caution against using an extension. We had to use an extension cord and had to change to the heavier 12 gauge cord because the other cord felt warm. Not so with the shorter 12 Gauge cord. The safety tip over treasurer works great. As a note, we do not leave the heater running unattended. The heater does have a timer feature that works well too. The only issue I have with the heater is the auto temperature control. The instructions state that the heater will shut off when the set temperature is reached and turn back on after a 4 degree temperature drop. I have found that the temperature drop is more closer to a 7 degree which is too much in my opinion. I cannot say about the durability but it does come with a 15 month warranty if you register the product on line. Overall, the heater seems to do a good job for its size.

I purchased this for my bathroom. The heater is a perfect size for my master bathroom. It will heat up in 15 mins. I like to heat it up during he winter. It does the job I wanted it for. Its not that big. Make sure you do read the specs and size chart. I knew what I was purchasing but laughed still when I opened the box. Small unit with a decent punch.

This little heater puts out just as much heat as my large lasko tower heater. The temperature knob as others have stated, doesnt do anything. You turn it down to where it clicks, it just turns off and stays off. Mine did come with the safety tip over switch on the bottom, others reviewed theirs did not. All in all its a great room heater, and has no issues warming up a average size bedroom, or an office room. Update.... the temperature knob actually does do something. After submitting my review, I turned it down until it clicked, and turned off. I left it off and after about 20 minutes, it turned back on, ran for about 10 minutes, and turned back off.

Bought a second one! The first one has been dependable for years, but wanted another to warm up the kitchen downstairs on cool mornings to save using the furnace when it will warm up outside by midmorning and Id need the air conditioner! This can heat up 800 sq feet in 10 minutes on High or just my bathroom on Low settings! Sturdy with a handle and safety features.Quiet and no overheating or wiring problems! Great Comfort and Saves us money!

Gets nice and toasty! Turns off at the slightest tip but will turn right back on when righted. Docked a star for that cause I think it would still cause a fire but that’s a guess. Not much in terms of temperature control, since it was only two settings, and it just goes straight forward, but I just nice and warm and easy to turn on. I’ve now bought three and you might ask why, if they’re so warm? But that’s what we get for living in a 100 year old house and in the modern age, where walls are the devil. Anyway, so far seems to work for me and I’m a repeat customer.

So far this heater is serving up heat as it should. I had a Vornado heater for 12 years & it finally stopped working . I needed to replace in a hurry, because my bathroom is very cold when I get out of the shower. This absolutely meets my expectation. I am still learning the features’ but I don’t see a switch to turn off the unit, without unplugging it.. I love the digital function, so I can set the temperature that I need. I noticed the plug gets a bit warm, not sure if it’s my outlets or the heater. I will reach out to the company for that. Overall, if you need a nice little heater, that heats up fast, this it it…..

Love this little thing. Its small but mighty. Bought it for my 1 bedroom apartment in the winter for some extra heat and it works great

I was leary buying it. It was cold at night while camping so I had to try it. And if it slightly moves while turned on, it immediately shuts itself off. It kept my entire 4 person tent toasty all night. And has different modes. Very small and light weight. I highly recommend buying this.
