04-06-2025This heater stopped working a few months after I got it, but I contacted customer service and they asked for a video of the problem, I sent it, and they sent me a replacement. Works for me!

Greater than one weekI rarely come on here when something like this happens, but I got this one month ago, almost to the dot and today, it just stopped working! I tried different outlets, letting it cool off for an hour, but nothing is working. The light comes on, but the fan doesnt work, no heat, nothing. It does output a lot of good heat for your space, at least. Definitely a disappointment though. Im not able to return it either, so oh well. Heres the review. Edit: It started working again? Ill change my review for now, but definitely weird!

> 3 dayI live in the basement of my house, which gets FREEZING during the winter, and even the summer. I bought this because my landlord company gave us some shoddy metal giant, that broke after 15 minutes. This heater is great for the price, and you could feel the hot air from almost 6 feet away. Nowadays, about two years later, the air flow has decreased significantly, but still heats the room pretty well. The entire time Ive owned it, Im not sure that the little dial on the left does anything, and pretty unsure of the difference between heat settings 1 and 2. All in all, great for the money, and gets the job done when I need to warm up.

> 3 dayWhen I received my heater it was falling apart and not in the best condition. I reached out to the company who makes them and they were super awesome and sent me another one for free! The heater works awesome, we have a pretty big room and it warms up pretty quick! Love that if the heater falls over or moves it will shut off on its own so very safe.

> 3 dayThe heater works well, and that is covered in the other reviews. I have three of these, and two have failed in the same way. Eventually the safety switch on the bottom (which requires the heater to be upright) will fail and render the heater inoperable. Once this happens, the heat will not work and the small orange LED will not light either, as it is completely dead. But never fear, I have fixed two of these and will likely have to fix my third whenever it fails. It is easy and takes just a few minutes. Of course, UNPLUG the unit. Remove the six screws from the back of the unit, and then the two screws underneath the black adhesive pads which are at the front of the unit. With these removed, you can pull apart the front and back sections and see the wire running into and out of the switch at the bottom of the unit. Simply pull the wires off the switch (or if you must - cut them in place). Strip them and join them together. I used solder and shrink wrap but you could also use a solderless butt connector of an appropriate size. Once this wire is joined together again you will not only have a working heater but the switch will not matter if it is depressed. Some might think its a small risk, but I dont exactly go around knocking over my heaters and not sure its even hot enough to cause a problem if I did. I hope this helps somebody continue the use of their heater without having to buy another.

> 3 dayThis heater rocks!! I work in an icebox of an office. I use it consistently almost 8 hours a day Mon-Friday and it works like a dream. So happy. I appreciate the tilt feature that turns off the heater if it tips over.

Greater than one weekWe live full time in a 45 RV and this last winter we stayed in Iowa where it would get 40 below with wind chill. We skirted our RV and put this little heater under camper by our kitchen sink drain to keep it from freezing and it did a wonderful job! Couldnt believe that it was still going after 6 months of winter. Would buy again in a heartbeat!
