I love that it came with a hook. Its gripping ability is super good, doesnt move at all. However when it comes to the boys pee guard, its a little low for my 2 year old. And he ends up peeing all up and over everywhere. If they could raise that part, I think it would be perfect!

I have an oval toilet seat and it fits great and the grip is very strong!

2 year old loves this seat and it does not move on the elongated seat. Was skeptical, but glad we purchased

Bought this for my grandson… we put it in a nylon drawstring bag to take along to restaurants. It’s easy to clean & sturdy. Very satisfied

I was really excited about this minimalistic potty seat. I read the three day potty training book which said to get a seat similar to this one for the big potty instead of using a separate small potty. I really like the ability and cleanliness of being able to hang it on the wall and it does come with the hook to hang it on the wall. I also like the style. However, there are multiple issues with its fiction. The description boasts about a splash guard and while it may help keep the pee from going everywhere it still gets under it and all over the larger toilet seat so you have to clean the large toilet seat of your child’s pee with each use unless you want to sit in it - gross. Then their is the issue of its height. The splash guard, which doesn’t even function properly, is so high it makes it so that a child can not get on and off easily. My son is 26 months and in the 90th percentile for height. He’s about as tall as a 3 year old and has zero ability to get on and off the potty with a stool. The description also boasts that it is slip resistant. It is by far not slip resistant. It slides all over the place. My husband and I really have to watch our son especially if he is anxcious and wants down before he’s done going potty. We took it to public restrooms a few times and he’s actually fallen off the potty seat twice onto the public restroom floors. He was hurt and again - GROSS! I’ve seen some potty seats that kick into place, which is nice but we are going to be returning this one since I ordered a travel one which seems much better! Not only does it stay in place but it lays very flat to the seat and has slip resistant bumpers on the whole bottom side to keep it from moving. And since it is a travel potty seat it folds up super small and has its own pouch. We’re actually going to order a second one. The travel seats make more sense from a practicality and safety standpoint for us which may not for everyone but either way I would not recommend this potty seat if you’re looking for something easy.

The potty seats fits well on our toilet, which is oval in shape. The rubber grip is also very useful. My 2 year old daughter loves to sit on this one instead of her old potty because it makes her feel more grown up. It is easy to clean and easy to store. The only issue I have with this product is that if the child is seated towards the front end of the potty, then there is a chance of the urine being splashed around by hitting on the splash guard by too much force. But this can be solved by making the child sit towards the rear end. However, I would not recommend it for boys that age because it may not be possible for the kids to control the flow of urine and it may hit the splash guard too often.

I received this as a gift from my registry and stuck it in a closet until we were getting closer to using it. Just the other day, I got it out and noticed that the hook that you can hang the seat from was damaged. I contacted Amazon customer service and although it was many moons ago that it was actually purchased (outside of the return window), they replaced my potty seat without question. The new one arrived the next day... and more importantly, in tact! I think this potty seat is going to work really well for us as we live in a pretty small home and Im always looking for space saving tools. We havent used the product yet but I think its going to work well for us. It has rubber grippers on the bottom to prevent slipping. It has a splash guard on the front which I presume will be helpful. And it comes with a hook for you to hang the potty seat on either for the wall or even the side of a cabinet or inside a bathroom closet.

This is a great insert with a splash guard that really works for my boy. It’s very easy to rinse and clean and comes with a hook for easy storage. One caution - make sure when placing on the potty it is laying flat. I was in a rush and there was a small space between the plastic seat and the toilet seat and my son pinched his finger between the two.

The non slip design feature works well. However the opening should be longer in the rear area and the splash guard is not adequate for boys.
