> 3 dayWorks well. You can have a lot plugged in at the same time and get everything charged at once while protecting your equipment from questionable power sources. Doesnt get too hot, even with all charging ports in use. Great use case is to leave everything in your backpack/carryon all plugged into this and when you find a free outlet, just pull out this one cord to plug in and everything is getting charged.

> 3 dayI bought this for my sons bedroom but I love it so I kept it. It can be mounted to anything. It’s a perfect size, not bulky at all. It’s small enough to bring on your travels. The cord is braided so it packs up nicely & it makes it more versatile. I highly recommend

> 3 dayDevice stops working - 2 iPads charging on usb and 1 Surface laptop plugged in and usb charges quit working. You cannot use all the plugs at the same time or it overloads. Not able to handle the load. The reason for buying was to use all of the plugs as charging station on desk. Tried blocks instead of usb and same - no power.

> 3 dayI needed a small-ish, more compact and versatile power strip + surge protector and found this one by BESHON. It has everything I needed, is attractive and offers great features like an upgraded 5’ heavy duty power cord with an unusual flat, braided cable with an offset prong so the power strip doesnt hog the outlet below when plugged in. The lighted ON/OFF toggle switch allows you to control the power when needed, without removing plugs. Three-sided plug spacing is generous to permit the “block” transformers which are often used on low-power draw devices. The USB ports are of the newer, “smart” type, which sense power need. These are rated up to 2.4 amps for the two USB-A’s and 3 amps for the single USB-C, 3.1 amps total. That’s plenty of power to easily charge a phone, which draws about 1 amp, or can quickly charge a tablet or laptop, without the converter. Nice! That’s very handy and a real upgrade. This would pack easily and be useful when traveling. This has 6 outlets as well, so plenty of power supplied and rated to handle up to 1875 watts/15amps. This would be useful in almost every room including the garage. The back has notches to allow screw fitment for mounting on a workbench, wall or under kitchen cabinets. The only area it “may” have fallen short is the paltry 900 joule rating. I can’t understand why manufacturers skimp on this. It seems to me having a higher rating would be a strong selling point and would offset any increase in manufacturing cost. Perhaps it’s not a metric most people consider when shopping for a power strip with surge protection. It’d be nice to see such a well-built and designed surge protector offer significantly more surge protection, ideally in the 2500+ joule range, but that’s not a deal-breaker for me. That said, if you have a lot of expensive equipment plugged in and ever have surges or spikes in your system, then it may be in your interest to keep looking for a similar, but more highly rated surge protector. This appears to be a smokin’ hot deal for what you get. The price looks to have been lowered and at the new, lower price, this’ll be hard to pass up if you are in the market for a power strip with USB ports. 5 STARS! Highly recommended Would buy this again UPDATE 6/3/22 This is still a top notch power strip/surge protector, but I recently compared it to another similar one, see the last photo. As you can see, the two units are almost identical. Same number of outlets. Beshon offers more supplied power 1875watts vs. 1250 watts, which practically speaking, won’t matter for most users. Unless you plan to plug in space heater, cookers, boilers, microwave, etc., then yes, it certainly does matter. Beshon offers only 900 joules of surge protection. The other power strip/surge protector by Kungfuking, offers a respectable 1700 joules of surge protection. Beshon has 2 USB-A ports instead of my current 4 USB-A, but no USB-C, on the Kungfuking power strip. Beshon offers “smart” USB charging at up to 2.4amps individually and 3.1amps total. The other unit also had smart charging up to 2.1 amp individually, 5v/3.1amp total, so almost the same. Spacing between outlets is the same. No difference, OK, less than 1/8”. I was hoping for way more than that. 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch would have made a big difference to me, since I have several of the transformer blocks to insert. Beshon offers the unique looking, flat, braided cable and the offset plug. That’s a plus, but not huge. Beshon offers the USB-C port, which is becoming more common, but only 2, not 3 USB-A ports. Both offer 5” cord and wall mounting. Both were at $15.99, but the other one by Kungfuking is now at $9.37, making that one the better buy. I weighed it out and while I like both a lot and see that the features overlap to some extent, the price difference and having 4 USB-A ports (but no USB-C) matters more to me than having just 2 USB-A ports and one USB-C port. The offset plug is nice, but not an issue for my application. The nearly double surge protection, 900 joules vs. 1700 joules was the clincher for me. I took off one star, because I really think the Kungfuking power strip and surge protector is a better product at a much better price.

> 3 dayMounted a TV above my dresser. Outlet is behind and it was always a pain to plug everything in. Used 3M strips in the wall and everything is now easier to access.
