Works exactly as intended. Direct replacement for Xbox One power supply. Have owned for 3 months now, no complaints.

Based on when it was ordered, it arrived in a very timely fashion. The noise level is extremely quiet compared to the one that came in the original box with the Xbox machine from the store. It was a gift for our son at Christmas, so we have not used it long; however, we are very pleased with it up to this point.
