> 3 dayA bit pricey for what it is. The antenna tilts about 15 degrees in both directions. Works well for the slopped roof of my van. Pre-adjustment is a big plus

> 3 dayIf you give this antenna anything less than 5 stars it’s because you either don’t know anything about CB (or radio in general) or your setup is all wrong. This antenna is never going to perform as well as a large whip or fiberglass antenna, but you should know that going into it with only 20 inches of antenna. You can create electrical length all you want but physical length is what counts with receiving. So now having said all that, if you either don’t want a large whip antenna for aesthetic reasons or can’t have one because of garages, then this is the antenna for you. I installed this today on my dad’s F150. I’m using it with a President Bill radio and a RM Italy KL203P amplifier. The amp runs about 100ish watts and has a pre-amp, so it does boost the receive a bit. I had a crystal clear conversation today with a guy that was 2.5 miles line of sight. I would say without a pre-amp that would be about the best you can expect out of this antenna, but chances are if you’re looking at an antenna like this, that’s about all you would need. As a comparison, before this antenna I was using a Larsen NMO27B and was talking to a guy who was 12 miles line of sight from me. That antenna is a 49” base loaded whip so it is two and a half times the length of this antenna. I would say with a pre-amp you can expect maybe out to 5ish miles in good conditions on this antenna. Also, my SWR on channel 1 was 1.3:1, on 40 it was 1.5:1, and on 19 it was 1.1:1. Surprising on an antenna this short, super surprising on a magnet mounted antenna this short.

Greater than one weekLooks good. Wish it actually worked. I was sitting right next to 2 tractor trailers Called for a radio check to get nothing. All i heard was static. Im getting another tram.

> 3 dayEvery big Antenna works better then it when tuned. When are the big dogs even turned correctly??? This is just stick on the car. screw the plug into the radio and the SWR is less then 1.3 across the band. Talk 6 miles with 4 watts is doable without going to hell for lying. Can listen to locals without skip over washing them as the big dog, big ears antennas do. It also likes 162 MHz weather stations. Only negative is the 10 year warranty that have to collected in Barcelona, Spain.

> 3 dayThe magnet on the mount is very powerful, will not slide off. Reception and range is good. About 4 miles max with favorable conditions. I used it on my 4 wheeler, and liked it so much, that I bought one for my semi tractor day cab truck. The cable is long enough to go from the roof of the day cab ( mounted on the metal bracket behind the cab. ) to the dash, via the driver side window lining. I paired it to a cobra 19. Works great.

> 3 dayTested swr and was perfect. Drove around and was receiving single from other stats so can on guess skip was happening as I couldn’t really talk back with my little basic CB

> 3 dayI just use this in my suv for traffic info. This antenna doesnt make the car look awkward or redneck. Not that thats a bad thing, just not my thing. Keeps a low profile and I can still pick up for a few miles out.
