I was very impressed with the box they came in, so stylish and cute! Inside reminds me of a box of wine bottles, each bottle has its own little compartment to keep them protected. I purchased these for a hassle free/mess free way to apply neem oil, which, at full strength is pretty thick so for that treason I was a little worried it might not come out very well. But once I was able to get the roller ball good and saturated it works beautifully. I am very happy with their performance and will highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for a wonderful product!

I will use these pretty containers to carry vanilla/orange scented skin oil. Pocket-sized and easy to use.

UPDATED REVIEW: After writing the review the seller reached out to me and compensated me for my purchase so I would say the customer service is spot on!! Thank you for responding and taking care of your customers! It is much appreciated when problems arise with products. These roller bottles are awful, the rollers dont work. They will leak if the rollers arent in them therefore you cant take them places without them leaking. I dont normally leave non positive reviews but the rollers in these bottles are useless. I would like to return but since the return window is closed and Ive already tried to use some I guess Im stuck buying some different ones and donating these.

I looked at various roller bottles on Amazon before settling on PrettyCares Amber roller bottles. I always check the product reviews and noticed on some other companys roller bottles that some people had trouble getting any response or customer service for defective products. When I looked at the reviews for PrettyCare, I noticed they had very good reviews, but I took special note of how the company personally commented on any negative review and offered to correct any issues. It was because of this that I decided to go ahead and order through them. I have already received an email from the company offering their services should I need anything. I received my roller bottles today, and so far I absolutely love them! I love that they come with a device to help remove the roller bottle top, and I absolutely love the labels and the little funnel for easy pouring. I have made two essential oil blends already, and I am loving the results. No leaking or dripping so far, but if anything should change, Im confident that I will be taken care of. Good customer service goes a long way in my book!

Ive had these for a few years now and they work well for me. Its great being able to have oils in my purse, working, car and wherever else I need them.

I love this product; I use it to make essential oil products for travel; the bottles are leakproof, so no worries are leakage. I will order again in the future.

The rollerballs work well and dont leak. They did not come with the opener tool, the funnels, or the extra roller balls. I emailed the customer service account twice and received no response.
