I always check the product reviews and noticed on some other companys roller bottles that some people had trouble getting any response or customer service for defective products. When I looked at the reviews for PrettyCare, I noticed they had very good reviews, but I took special note of how the company personally commented on any negative review and offered to correct any issues. It was because of this that I decided to go ahead and order through them. I have already received an email from the company offering their services should I need anything. I received my roller bottles today, and so far I absolutely love them! I love that they come with a device to help remove the roller bottle top, and I absolutely love the labels and the little funnel for easy pouring. I have made two essential oil blends already, and I am loving the results. No leaking or dripping so far, but if anything should change, Im confident that I will be taken care of. Good customer service goes a long way in my book!

I purchased this item for the topical application of essential oils. A match made in heaven! The applicators are small enough to carry in your pocket or purse to carry with you wherever you go. Thus far I have had absolutely no issues with leakage coming from the applicators. The essential oils are released in a steady consistent flow from the applicator which prevents it from being messy. I am 100% satisfied! Thanks!

The only complaint I have is, the labels need more sticky on them. Even after cleaning bottles with alcohol the corners would not stick down very good. Otherwise I’m happy with the bottles and it comes with extras.
