The wood was split at one of the hooks so that the hook fell out. Not a big problem to glue it back.

Used this piece with elf on a shelf, perfect size. Made the display too funny.

Did I miss something in the description and photograph? I thought I was ordering a parrot-size ladder. This is parakeet size.

I think I should have stock in wooden ladders for birds, Because my male bird just loves to chew on the ladder and climb up and down it all day long.

Its a ladder. All pieces were there and put together properly. It is sturdy for a bird. Im sure my parrots are going to destroy it in about a week, but that is to be expected when giving a bird anything made of wood.

Much smaller than anticipated, and not very sturdy
